Everyone gets asked at the end of their wedding- what was the best part, any top tips and recommendations. For us, having Jo conduct our wedding was one of the absolute highlights and I would highly recommend anyone to use her for theirs. The personalised, detailed loving approach elevated our day to another level and being able to have a ‘sip and save’ was great. Jo told our love story in a way we never could and at the end, pretty much all of our day guests commented on how great the ceremony was. It really was unbelievable and created memories we could only have dreamt of. So… get Jo involved, I promise you it will be one of the best decisions you make. Much love J&K

Jo is fabulous - I actually don’t have the words to do her justice. From our initial call to the day itself, Jo’s enthusiasm and joy were infectious and her attention to detail superb. She helped us design a ceremony that was really “us” and everyone said how lovely it was. She made us all laugh, and was just a bundle of wonderful energy on our wedding day. Well, where do we even start? We were recommended Love Jo by my beautiful best friend and make up artist Giorgia Lucy. As soon as she found out we were getting married she said, 'you need to book Jo, I've seen her ceremonies and they're gorgeous'. And that was the beginning of our journey. From the second we met Jo her personality, knowledge, charisma just confirmed we'd made the right decision. Tears were shed within seconds when Jo read out our first draft of our ceremony. I'd unfortunately lost someone so close to me prior to tying the knot and Jo included her as part of our day just perfectly. We wanted the day to be adorned with love and the words Jo wrote did this just beautifully. On the morning of the wedding seeing Jo instantly put me at ease as I knew she just had it all under control. The day of the ceremony was absolutely stunning. I don't think we will ever find the words to describe to someone how amazing the ceremony was. It was everything we could have asked for and more. Everyone commented on how personalised, beautiful and full of love it was. Exactly what we were aiming for. Jo conducted our wedding ceremony earlier this year. We had our wedding ceremony exactly how we wanted. Our friends and family came out saying how lovely and special it was. Jo made the whole process so easy and entirely stressless, but she was able to get our stories and ceremony just right. She is lovely in every way, and you won't regret choosing her.
Jo was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator at the venue we had chosen. As soon as I made an enquiry, she was on the phone, making us feel at ease and getting the ball rolling. Jo kept in contact with us regularly over the year it took us of planning, and definitely made those last few weeks easy. From the questionnaire we filled in, Jo wrote the perfect ceremony for us- she knew exactly the balance of sentiment and humour that summed us up. When we first heard the ceremony, we both shed a tear. It was far more than we had expected. On the day, the ceremony again was just flawless. She put us, and our guests, at ease. We were recommended Jo by the venue we had picked to be married at and I'm so thankful that they did because she designed and delivered a wonderful handfasting ceremony for us, complete with mead, cake and in the presence of the elements. Jo took our words and made them into reality, constructing our ceremony from our thoughts into life. Jo gave some great suggestions that we took on board and even offered to bring in other people for an even more authentic pagan ceremony. We would highly recommend Jo as a celebrant as she will make your dream wedding come true.

Wow! Just Wow! This lady is absolutely amazing and we are so pleased we found her! Jo made our ceremony unique and came up with all sorts of suggestions and ideas to make it just that! We included so many things we couldn't have if we'd used a Registrar, including tributes to both of our Dad's who both sadly passed away in the 2 years before the wedding. Jo is incredibly talented and thought of things we never would have! We laughed, we cried, we celebrated, and most of all....had the best wedding ever! The guests are also in agreement and wanted to do it all over again the next day! Jo made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was doing what they should be at the right time....she's just like a swan, gliding around perfectly but under the water she's paddling like mad making sure everything is spot on! My Sister's also booked Jo for my Niece's Naming Day last year which was equally as perfect....our Jo of all trades, we can't recommend her highly enough! Love Mr & Mrs Lilley ❤️
When we were looking for a celebrant Jo stood out a mile! Her Geordie charm, warm and fun presence is infectious. She was everything we needed and more. She worked so hard to get to know us and our love story from the offset, and by the end it feels like we've known her for years. She's clearly very experienced and offered us so many different options and examples when choosing what type of ceremony we wanted. All of our guests commented on how wonderful she was and we can't recommend her enough! Thank you Jo for everything!
Jo was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She helped me even before booking to explain the marriage laws and how we could make our day more “us”! I knew Jo was the right person for the job from the beginning as she was so excited for a cave wedding. Everything was perfect and Jo absolute loves love which makes her such an amazing celebrant. It can be quite daunting being so soppy in front of your families but Jo made everything so personal and intimate that I surprisingly found myself feeling so comfortable! If you’re getting married you NEED to book Jo as your celebrant. I can’t see how anyone else could have done her job any better
2/9/23 This is my 2nd review for Jo, who has just carried out a service for my late mam, Maureen. Jo has never done a service like this before but kindly agreed to do this, since she had recently met my mam at the blessing that she carried out for my daughter Laura and son in law to be, Will (they were married in August but we arranged a surprise blessing in July, as it was unlikely that my mam would make the wedding). My self and my family can not thank Jo enough for the kindness she showed us, and the wonderful tribute that she did for our mam - it was an absolutely beautiful service and Jo nailed everything down to the finest detail, learning everything she needed to in super quick time. If you are looking for a professional, warm, caring, attention to detail celebrant, then please look no further than Jo - you honestly won't be disappointed. --------------------------------- July 2023 - 1st review for my daughter and son in law to be wedding blessing: I can’t recommended Jo highly enough. She took such attention to detail and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted. She was totally flexible when we had to switch the venue last minute. She performed a personal service that was incredibly special and that we will all remember for ever. I can’t thank you enough Jo.

Wow! Jo was just fantastic from start to finish. After we met Jo we just knew that we had to have her for our wedding, a registrar just wasn't an option... Jo was so well organised and plans down to every little detail which put us at ease and we trusted the day would go smoothly. By the time the wedding day came, Jo just felt like a friend, our ceremony was better than we could ever have imagined and our guests just loved it! Even after the wedding day Jo has stayed in touch. Where to start… Jo absolutely blew us away with her incredibly insightful, hilariously funny, but most importantly caring and sincere ceremony to mark our wedding day. Jo is such a lovely and bubbly person and made the two of us not only feel at ease, but made us feel excited for a day in which we were previously quite nervous. Her expertise with all things weddings was absolutely invaluable but her personality was the real highlight. We couldn’t be more grateful for the work that she had put in and the touch of class that Jo brought to the occasion shone through. It was widely discussed among our guests how amazing and unique the ceremony was and we couldn’t recommend Jo enough. 11 out of 10.
Our wedding was made extra special by Jo! She has known me my whole life and to have her do our ceremony was emotional not just for my husband and me but also for Jo! A traditional wedding just wasn't for us, the way Jo told our love story made the whole thing personal and unique. I will always remember how amazing it was to tell all of our family and friends that we are having a daughter during our wedding, we would never have been able to do that without Jo as our celebrant.
Jo was our wedding celebrant and made the day even more special. Jo took the time to get to know us to ensure that the ceremony she created was completely unique for our day. Our guests were convinced we had been friends with Jo for years! Guests also commented on never seeing a wedding ceremony like ours, they were blown away. Utterly brilliant in every way.
