How we both met

We met on Bumble early into the pandemic and grew close very quickly.

Our elopement /wedding was at Langley Castle in Hexham, England. We love the history and space the castle offered us.

Why we chose to have a celebrant wedding ceremony

We are from the United States, so we only wanted to do a ceremony for our wedding in England and take care of the legal side at home. Plus, a celebrant offered a much more personalized experienced.

Ideas about what our ceremony could have looked like

We had no clue what we wanted to do, except it be just us and we knew we wanted to write our own vows. Jo was so helpful in guiding us through everything and writing our very unique ceremony.

The best part of the ceremony for us

The best part of our ceremony was how personal it was for us.

We eloped and Jo wrote a wonderfully detailed ceremony about our love that was perfect ‘for just the two of us’.

What our guests said about our wedding ceremony/day

We arranged our elopement from the United Stated. It was so wonderful and magical for the two of us! We had no guests, just us two and our hand chosen suppliers.
