How we both met

We both met whilst slogging in the pubs in south shields on the sea front!

The Wedding Venue

Our wedding ceremony and reception were both held at the beautiful rustic Wylam Brewery.

Why we chose to have a celebrant wedding ceremony

We wanted our day to be personal and tell our story which is exactly what Jo did!

Ideas about what our ceremony could have looked like

Jo kept in regular contact with us leading up to the ceremony to share thoughts and ideas about what the ceremony could look like, but we were completely blown away when it all came together, and it totally exceeded our expectations!

The best part of the ceremony for us

Getting to have our friends and family involved in the ceremony.

We really felt the LOVE and it was so special to hear everyone’s beautiful words.

Our guests described the ceremony as unique, personal and something they’d never seen before.

During the ceremony everyone loved hearing stories of those who spoke and we loved how inclusive this was – the atmosphere help to break the ice and there was lots of laughter as well as plenty of happy tears!

Photographer Pete (Eye of the Tyne) was absolutely phenomenal!
Videographer (Bennet Media) was absolutely phenomenal!

They both captured the day beautifully and totally blended into the crowd!

Waiter Surprise (Singing Waiters) also deserve a massive shout out! I was completely shocked as this was a total surprise to me and I didn’t have a clue until halfway through!!! We all had such a laugh!
