How we both met
We met as Ollie was buying houses from me.
The Wedding Venue
Newcastle Civic Centre and then our eloping together at Ross Back Sands! It was a magical wedding!
Why we chose to have a celebrant wedding ceremony
We felt it was so much more intimate and felt more us.
Ideas about what our ceremony could have looked like
We just knew we wanted to elope outside in Northumberland, and have an intimate and small wedding ceremony with handfasting.
The handfasting was a symbolic act of unity between us both, performed by Jo on the beach setting – which was so so perfect!
The best part of the ceremony for us
The intimacy and that it really felt significant for us as a couple with the handfasting especially.
