How we both met

We met at Manchester Met uni in the student hall’s laundry room. Harry put his smooth moves on me and his lovely down to earth personality and sense of humour really charmed me!

The Wedding Venue

We chose Full Circle Brewery in Newcastle as our cool wedding venue.

Why we chose to have a celebrant wedding ceremony

We were already formally married at Manchester Registry Office, and we were looking for a more unique, less cookie-cutter way to celebrate our love with friends and family.

A celebrant wedding ceremony is what made the day feel truly special and memorable!

Ideas about what our ceremony could have looked like

Not really, we came into the planning process blindly and trusted Jo utterly to guide us through potential avenues, since she already had years of experience that we lacked.

The best part of the ceremony for us

We think the best part of our ceremony was having each of our guests light a candle and pass on the light until it reached us at the top of aisle.  It felt amazing to have everyone included and we now get to relive that memory through a unity candle and new traditions forever.

What our guests said about our wedding ceremony/day

They loved how unconventional the ceremony was and many of them felt more comfortable in the relaxed atmosphere of the brewery, which was ultimately our biggest goal.

Some of our fav wedding suppliers and why we chose them

The day wouldn’t have been the same without our hand chosen suppliers, family and friends:

  • Dan from Nineteen Ninety photography and his creative vision!
  • Zahra from Boilerhouse for being my amazing hairstylist on the day.
  • Zephanie (Harry’s mum) for making us THE best sea-themed wedding cakes in the entire world.
  • Full Circle Brew Co were tops!

Three words that sum up our ‘Love Jo’ experience!

Caring, Exciting, Memorable!
