How we both met

TINDER!

In the words of Jo, we both swiped right and the groom broke the ice using an inappropriate chat up line and the bride succumb to his charm.

The Wedding Venue

Middleton Lodge, Main House.

Why we chose to have a celebrant wedding ceremony

We wanted a more personal and loving ceremony that could incorporate our story and include our wedding guests in the celebration.   Jo did that perfectly!

We also loved that we could toast our love during the ceremony with tequila rose shots!!

Ideas about what our ceremony could have looked like

We had no idea what we wanted!

Jo worked closely with us to bring out all the best parts of our love story and time together. We’re over the moon with what Jo brought to the table and her ideas were an inspiration producing the best ceremony imaginable.

The best part of the ceremony for us

Listening to our love story beautifully spoken amongst family and friends, reminiscing over our years together and feeling so excited for our future together.

What our guests said about our wedding ceremony/day

Our guests commented on the gorgeous vibe our ceremony brought to the day.

The guests felt our wedding day was filled with love, laughter and happiness!

Some of our fav wedding suppliers and why we chose them

We felt our suppliers were 10/10!

  • Love Jo providing the perfect ceremony
  • Liv Charlton on make-up doing a beautiful job
  • Up Do Darling (Jordyn Breanne) on hair bringing the laughs and beauty
  • Claire Hirst Photography making us feel happy and relaxed
  • Just Press Play (Aaron Carlton) providing amazing videography and top banter
  • Sprig and Thistle on floristry and decorating the venue beautifully
  • Ellisym Illustration (Ellyse Johnson) providing us and our guests with beautiful illustrations we/they can cherish forever.

We feel all of our suppliers complimented each other, ourselves and the venue perfectly.

We’re so grateful for all their hard work!

Three words that sum up our ‘Love Jo’ experience!

Overjoyed, grateful & LOVE!
